Floor Bond MCWB Epoxy Moisture Controller is a water-based 2-part, single-coat, epoxy moisture vapour controller with fast drying and over-coating properties. It has been specially formulated to be applied to damp and new concrete with a moisture vapour emission rate of <0.12kg/m2 per 24 hours. The 8Ltr kit includes Hardener and Resin and will yield approximately 40m2 coverage. Coverage: It should be applied at the rate of 1 litre per 5 square metres to obtain optimum moisture vapour control.
