PROGun™ System Cleaner is a solvent based cleaner for cleaning uncured or fresh polyurethane from applicator guns, tools and other surfaces. It can be used to clean applicator guns used for Fulafoam PRO, Fulafoam Flexible and Max Bond PROGun™ system applied foams and adhesives. IMPORTANT: This Cleaner contains flammable solvents. Do not smoke or work near any sources of ignition such as naked flames or anything that may generate a spark or high temperature.
Step 1:-
Shake can at least 20 times before each use to ensure that contents are mixed.
For hand cleaning of surfaces or tools:-
Step 2:-
Attach the red nozzle to the can and gently depress the nozzle.
For cleaning of an applicator gun:-
Step 2:-
Attach the canister to the gun by removing the red nozzle and aligning the thread on the canister and gun and turn until locked in position.
Step 3:-
To clean the gun open the screw valve at the rear or the gun and gently press trigger to release foam.
Step 4:-
The rate of extrusion can be varied, by turning the screw thread at the rear of the gun.
Step 5:-
When gun has been cleaned close the valve at the rear of the gun and remove the canister.
Step 6:-
Re-open the valve and press the trigger to depressurize the gun.
Note: A significant amount of residual cleaner will still be contained in the gun before depressurization so ensure gun is pointed away from anyone before pulling the trigger.
