Aluminium Rivets with Aluminium Stems are multi-purpose rivets suitable for general fastening in light duty applications. This fully aluminium fastener provides full corrosion resistance for use in internal and external applications. The corrosion resistance advantages of this rivet needs to be considered along with the reduction in mechanical strength as a result of the fully aluminium construction.

All rivets have a minimum and maximum thickness of materials for which they are designed to fix, this is known as the Grip Range of the rivet. Using a rivet with the correct Grip range for your application will ensure ease of installation and that the maximum holding power is achieved.
