120400 SteelMates® - Wafer Head
These screws feature a Low profile head for a smooth finish with less obstruction. Popular sizes are stocked painted to match all popular prepainted metal roofing, cladding & fencing profile colours. All other size/colour combinations can be painted upon request. Available in Zinc Yellow or MGZA for external use.

1/ Ensure the correct driver tool is fitted to your power drill or screw driver.
2/ Place the screw on the driver tool and position it onto the materials being fastened.
3/ If necessary push sharply to create a centre mark and to prevent screw wander.
4/ Squeeze trigger and maintain steady, constant pressure until the screw has drilled and fastened.
Recommended Driving speed is approximately 2,000 r.p.m.

• Ideal for fixing signs, brackets, hinges, fencing and cladding materials to steel/metal
• Use a coarse thread for fast installation and increased holding power when fixing into thinner metal materials. Also available with fine thread pitch for lower driving torque when fixing into thicker steel.
