This screw has all the benefits of Stainless Steelmates® Wing screws but with the added feature of Super 500™ drill point. This revolutionary stainless steel screw can attach timber to steel up to 12mm thick in a highly corrosive environment in a single operation.
*These screws are not recommended for fixing treated pine decking or long lengths of treated pine. This is due to the high expansion,
contraction & warping that can occur. This places huge stress on the screw. Decreased screw spacings, heavier screw gauges or
shorter lengths of treated pine will assist in reducing, but may not eliminate this problem.
*Consideration must be given to the effects of contact between dissimilar metals.
